The passion behind Le Coq Epicier is Yohann, a fond lover of french gastronomy, its local producers, their authenticity and the diverse specialties shaped by the French « Terroir ».
My idea: Giving voice to my passion and bring to Londoners new and authentic products. These are carefully selected, hard to find specialties from French local producers who have crafted original, flavourful recipes from premium quality local ingredients.
After travelling in France through our beautiful regions, to find what our terroir do the best, we decided to open in July 2016 a french épicerie in Islington, in the beautiful Camden passage. We feel so lucky to be part of this neighborhood.
